Strict and Enforced 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We kindly request your understanding regarding our 24-hour cancellation policy. When an appointment is forgotten or canceled without sufficient notice, it prevents us from filling that time slot and denies other clients on our waiting list the opportunity to receive our services. To help mitigate the possibility of forgetting an appointment scheduled weeks or months in advance, we confirm appointments 24 hours prior.

If a cancellation is made with less than 24-hour notice, a charge of 25% of the intended service will be applied. "No shows" will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. Additionally, if there are three instances of "no shows," the account will be suspended, preventing further bookings at our salon. We have implemented this policy to allow us to inform our standby guests of any available appointments and to efficiently manage the schedules of our House of Hair team members. We sincerely appreciate your respect for our time.

Refund Policy

We take pride in providing exceptional service and excellent customer care. However, we do not issue refunds for salon services, products or hair extensions. If you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received, we kindly ask that you notify the salon within 2 days of your appointment. In the event that you are unsatisfied with the work performed, we request that you return to the salon for a visual inspection of your hair. During this time, we will work together to create a plan that meets your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who initially performed the service. Adjustments are available at no cost only within 2 days of the initial service.

Moreover, we do not issue refunds or exchanges for any products purchased from House of Hair. Gift certificate sales are considered final, and hair extension deposits & purchases are non-refundable.
