**Strictly Enforced 24-Hour Cancellation Policy**

We appreciate your understanding regarding our 24-hour cancellation policy. When an appointment is forgotten or canceled without adequate notice, it not only prevents us from filling that time slot but also denies other clients on our waiting list the chance to receive our services. To help reduce the chances of forgetting an appointment scheduled weeks or months ahead, we confirm all appointments 24 hours prior.

If a cancellation occurs with less than 24-hour notice, a charge of 25% of the intended service will be applied. "No shows" will incur a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. Additionally, if there are three instances of "no shows," your account will be suspended, preventing any further bookings at our salon. We have implemented this policy to keep our standby guests informed of available appointments and to efficiently manage the schedules of our House of Hair team members. Your respect for our time is sincerely appreciated.

**Child Policy**

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests, children must have a scheduled appointment in order to be in the salon. While we love seeing your little ones, this policy helps us respect the comfort of other clients and ensures that there is a provider available to care for them. This is particularly important for safety and liability reasons, as we work with sharp objects, hot tools, wax, chemicals, and of course, our beloved plant babies!

**Refund Policy**

At House of Hair, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and outstanding customer care. However, we do not issue refunds for salon services, products, or hair extensions. If you have any questions or concerns about the service you received, we kindly ask that you notify us within 2 days of your appointment. If you are unsatisfied with the work performed, we encourage you to return to the salon for a visual inspection of your hair. During this visit, we will collaborate to create a plan that meets your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who initially performed the service. Adjustments are available at no cost only within 2 days of the initial service.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products purchased from House of Hair. Gift certificate sales are final, and hair extension deposits & purchases are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding!
